What if my paperback book arrives damaged or incorrect?

Answer: If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, you can request a replacement or refund by using the contact form. You’ll be given instructions to return the item, and return shipping costs will be reimbursed after it is received and reviewed.

Will I have to pay anything on delivery?

Sales Territory

All products are currently sold and delivered only to the following countries:

Orders shipped to these countries are fulfilled with duties and taxes collected at checkout, so no additional charges are due upon delivery.

At this time, orders are not accepted for delivery outside these regions. Additional countries or regions may be added in the future as fulfillment and tax handling capabilities expand.

eBooks, including free reading samples where available, are delivered through BookFunnel immediately upon purchase. Access instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout.   • Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union: typically within one to two weeks

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. While duties and taxes are collected at checkout and no additional charges are due upon delivery, international shipments may still be subject to delays related to carrier operations or local processing.
